Whistleblowing & Compliance Guidelines
Commitment to Ethical Governance
Ancorotti Cosmetics S.p.A. operates in strict compliance with international statutory provisions and industry regulations. To uphold absolute correctness, ethical integrity, and operational transparency across our B2B cosmetics contract manufacturing services, we provide a dedicated Whistleblowing Platform. This secure channel enables employees, commercial partners, global buyers, and stakeholders to report any potential regulatory non-compliance or internal policy breaches.
Our procedures align with Italian Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, EU Directive 2019/1937, and our certified management systems (including ISO 22716 Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001), ensuring a trustworthy business environment for our worldwide beauty brand client network.
Scope & Characteristics of Reports
The Whistleblowing system is dedicated exclusively to reporting actual or suspected violations of statutory regulations, environmental rules, workplace safety standards, or internal compliance policies (including our corporate Code of Ethics and Anti-Corruption standards).
Reports must be submitted in good faith and contain detailed, factual information. Personal grievances, commercial inquiries, or unfounded claims fall outside the scope of this portal. To safeguard operational integrity, malicious or grossly negligent submissions may lead to appropriate disciplinary measures under corporate governance policies.
Confidentiality & Whistleblower Protection
Ancorotti Cosmetics guarantees maximum protection and strict confidentiality for both whistleblowers and reported individuals. Secure encryption protocols protect all stored personal data, communication content, and metadata.
Reporters may choose to file submissions anonymously or confidentially. The identity of the whistleblower will never be disclosed without explicit consent, except where mandated by applicable legislation. All reports are independently evaluated and handled under the supervision of designated legal counsel (Avv. Marco Ambrosio).
